Process

It takes the form of semi solid paste which is caused to flow in a hot moulding container and heated at 177 degree Celsius and then the plastic and the plasticizer is dissolved together.
On cooling, an enduring solid product is formed incorporating the benefits of traditional plastisols along with the safer alternative.
